Through strategic alliances with Goldman Sachs Execution & Clearing LP and Banc of America, Alaris is able to furnish our clients with a wide selection of products, including direct access trading, prime brokerage, financing, institutional reporting, and agency execution. About The Partners

Patrick Boyle
CEO/Managing Member

Mr. Boyle has been involved in the financial markets since 1981 and currently is a founding member and CEO of Alaris Trading Partners LLC.  Mr. Boyle is a retired partner and interim member of the executive committee of Spear, Leeds & Kellogg, LLC (a division of Goldman Sachs & Co).  While at SLK Mr. Boyle founded and managed the Fixed Income Sales and Trading Division.  This group subsequently grew to over 200 employees with 15 branches in the US and Europe and became recognized as a leader in middle market execution and trading.

Mr. Boyle provides Alaris Trading Partners LLC with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in growing and managing brokerage operations.  Throughout his career on Wall Street Mr. Boyle has gained a reputation for managing highly ethical and hardworking brokerage teams.

Darren Day
President
Managing Member

Mr. Day is the Founder and President of Alaris Trading Partners and presently is responsible for the day to day operations and management of Alaris.  Mr. Day has been professionally involved in the financial markets since 1983 as an institutional salesman, division manager and company owner.  Prior to launching Alaris Mr. Day was a controlling owner of Embarcadero Securities (merged with UNX).  Mr. Day gained additional experience as a Regional Manager and Vice President at Spear, Leeds & Kellogg (division of Goldman Sachs) in the Fixed Income and Soft Dollar Group.

Having professional involvement in the Hedge Fund industry since 1999 as a proprietor and hedge fund manager affords Mr. Day profound knowledge of client requirements and professional services vital to fund management.

Jeffrey Alcheh
Founding Member

Jeffrey D. Alcheh has participated in the financial markets for the past 25 years obtaining expertise and trading many investment vehicles in various markets.  In 1981, Mr. Alcheh began his career at Phibro-Solomon.  He managed trading operations at Phibro-Solomon in US Treasuries, Foreign Exchange and Precious Metals.  Mr. Alcheh continued his career as a trader and trading desk manager on Wall Street. 

More recently, Mr. Alcheh was an Executive Managing Director for Bank of Montreal where he was responsible for trading, sales and risk management worldwide for U.S. Government Securities and all related Derivative’s and Agencies. 

Mr. Alcheh joins Alaris Trading Partners as a valued and strategic member of the senior management team.  Mr. Alcheh will monitor trade risk exposure and implement risk management guidelines for Alaris.

Noel Peters
Founding Member

Mr. Peters began his career on Wall Street in 1976.  Throughout his career Mr. Peters held positions in institutional securities sales, sales management and senior management at various Wall Street Brokerages. Prior to joining Alaris Trading Partners Mr. Peters was a Managing Director at Liberty Brokerage Inc. where responsibilities included managing an annual budget in excess of $50 million.  

Mr. Peters brings to Alaris many years of professional experience and knowledge of the brokerage industry.

Mark William McGoldrick
Founding Member

Mark McGoldrick is a seasoned financial markets’ professional with a successful track record in many facets of institutional-level relationship management and sales.  Mr. McGoldrick is a founding member of Alaris Trading Partners LLC and currently manages the Prime Brokerage unit of Alaris.  Prior to joining Alaris Mr. McGoldrick was employed by UBS as Associate Director in the Prime Brokerage division.
