In compliance with regulatory requirements of the SEC, FINRA and the USA Patriot Act, appropriate documentation and identification will be collected. Proper due diligence and background checks will be performed during the process of opening a new client relationship.
Important Information about Opening a New Alaris Account
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
If we are unable to obtain this information our firm may be unable to conduct business with your firm. We thank you for your patience and hope that you will support the financial industry's efforts to deny terrorists and money launderers access to the US financial system.
